With us you can request the organization of a corporate tea event from needle to thread or choose a separate service for your teambuilding, seminar, conference or other specialized event. The basic services we offer are: tasting premium tea, catering (Chai malko break), preparing lectures and presentations, conducting master classes.

We also offer custom events - solutions tailored to your needs/liking. We carefully listen to your requirements and tailor our proposals to the things that matter to you, which will guarantee the true success of your professional event. 

In addition to specializing in premium tea and high quality, we also work closely with partners who are equally quality-minded and provide quality services so that we can make your event truly unforgettable.

Behind the scenes at two of the events we organized in 2019:

  • TWO-DAY EVENT IN THE HOTEL SHERATHON for 200 guests (representatives of the pharmaceutical sector)

The event had 3 components:

1) lecture + demostrations + tea tasting (one type of tea)
2) team play with prizes
3) corporate gift sets:

- branded, handmade porcelain cups of Art.E with an illustration of the chemical formula of caffeine
- a little info book about Gong Fu Cha principles and practical tips in pocket format
- 3 types of prizes for the winners of the team game - tea set for two, tea set for one and heat-resistant cold tea bottle
- masala tea blend specially prepared for event guests

Context: Team-building event aimed at uniting the teams and expanding the loyal network of representatives of two pharmaceutical companies operating on the Bulgarian market.

Description: We gave a lecture on the Camellia sinensis tea plant, the intersections of herbal infusions and tea, and the science behind how we make tea - Gong Fu Cha or the Eastern model for brewing loose leaf tea. During the lecture, our Chai malko tea masters prepared a cups of white tea Prakash via the Gong Fu Cha model on the spot for all guests. While listening to the lecture, guests had the opportunity to observe the way the tea was made and in the meantime to taste a fresh cup of white tea.Everyone had pre-made small tea booklets for them to listen, see, read, and "taste" tea information, immersing themselves immensely in a full-fledged tea experience.

The second part of the event took the form of an interactive game. The teams had to answer a few questions with a scientific focus on certain component spices and guess the recipe for masala tea - one of the world's most popular blends of black tea and various spices. For all participants in the first 3 teams we provided beautiful and practical tea sets. Finally, everyone received a specially prepared masala mix for the event to take home.

Guests enjoyed their tea in handmade porcelain cups of Art.E on which we put the caffeine formula. The glasses became a wonderful corporate gift and a memory of the experience for everyone present.

During the event, the bit of Nature in our setting was taken care of by Cactus Lab with thematic and cozy arrangements of aerial plants and cinnamon sticks.

  • ONE DAY EVENT for 70 guests (bank employees)

The event had two main components:

1) lecture + demostration + tea tasting (two types of tea)
2) corporate gift sets:

- a box of white/black tea 2019 harvest
- a little pocketbook of Gong Fu Cha principles
- multifunctional gift textile eco bag 

Context: Introducing a new banking service that will operate in five countries - Bulgaria, China, Japan, Russia and the USA. 

Description: We gave a lecture - a kind of "tea trip" - about tea traditions in the five countries and how tea connects us. In the meantime, guests had the opportunity to be part of a full-fledged tea experience: while the lecture was in progress, our tea masters prepared Gong Fu Cha tea for everyone on the spot, seamlessly switching from white tea to black tea in sync with the lecture-story of traditions in different countries.

Guests had the unique opportunity to listen to an enthralling tale of tea in a pleasant atmosphere with a fresh cup of tea in hand, to watch how to prepare it, to taste two types of tea - white and black, and to take home a cup of tea, along with a handy little book with tips for its preparation.

In short: an enriching journey into the world of tea, in which we delicately interwoven the pleasurable with the useful and almost imperceptibly 70 people left "fully equipped" to explore the world of tea in a whole new way.
