A cup of Chai malko tea is a slow cup of tea.
We believe that the time we take to make our tea and the time we take to enjoy a cup of tea are equally valuable and enjoyable. We are here to share with you how we transform the "lost time" of making tea and into a small, personal ritual of "finding time" throughout the day.
To prepare a slow cup of tea, we only need 4 ingredients:
The fourth and most important ingredient can be added only by you, and to share the rest of the steps with you, our devoted team works hard every day.
We invite you to trust us and enjoy the tea, as is traditionally made in China, the home of the tea plant, namely Gong Fu Cha or the method of short, consistent brews that allows us to get to know the full nature of tea.
No matter how exotic Gong Fu Cha may sound to you (if you are unfamiliar with the term), however, everything you need to make tea this way can be found in your kitchen or easily obtained.
There is a huge variety of teaware around the world, but surprisingly, we only need 7 basic kitchen utensils:
If a person can handle the above 7 things skillfully, he can make tea everywhere, without compromising on quality and having enough freedom to experiment and discover his own personal recipe for tea.
In this Chai Stuff section, we plan to share with you the various/key teaware we use on a daily basis, as well as during events and tea tastings, and personally recommend.
For us to include it in our store and recommendations for you, each carefully selected teaware must, at a minimum, meet the following criteria:
Anything comes to you with a preview option to review before you pay, and if after you use it for a bit you decide you don't want to keep it, return it to us in its original packaging and retained commercial form within 14 days after purchase, and we'll refund 100% of the amount you paid.
And now, time for Chai.
